Breaks
It
is easy to find your face stuck to your computer monitor for
hours when creating something. Take some eye breaks to keep
your vision in good shape while working on the computer.
Workstation
Tips
The
goal is to be floating atop your workstation layout with no
strain or stress on the body pulling at anything (especially
the hands), or causing any painful stress. Learn some tips for
getting your workstation optimized for ergonomic comfort. Get
a keyboard tray to lower your hands off the desk and a good
fluffy chair to support your whole body.
